Founder and Director of ARIF Solutions. The casual, mostly-friendly and outspoken German oversees the company's creative and IT projects in Malaysia and Europe. With his Masters in International Business and Bachelor degree in Computer Science, he also pursuits the function as Business Developer and spearheads new upcoming business ventures.

Director of ARIF Solutions and Head of the Event Management Team. Her big passion for horses is reflected in her enthusiastic drive for organizing large horse shows and competitions. Since 2003 Azrin has successfully organized and manage 7 international horse events including the KL Grand Prix, FEI World Cup Final (showjumping), Sultan's Cup Endurance Challenge 2007 and the current FEI World Endurance Championship 2008.

A self-professed "opensource geek" who uses coffee and a lot of cigarettes to drive Data Driven Web-Applications, AJAX technologies, JQuery, PHP and MySQL. Hailing from north Malaysia and graduated in Computer Sciences from MARA University of Technology, he spent several years as a freelance with various projects before he made up his mind to work in a company. As a child, he believed in magic. He still believes in magic. He calls it Technology.

His objective is to become an expert in web application development. He strongly believes that hard work leads to success. Sufian graduated in 2005 from University Malaysia Terengganu (UMT) and specializes on open-source web application development using PHP and Ruby On Rails. He likes to exchange programming knowledge on the web and is crazy for all kinds of Japanese things, especially on the cuisine, anime and cars.

Shaini is the Senior Graphic Designer who has joined ARIF with valuable experiences from the UK. Her funny and mystic character always tries to avoid the spotlight - even this text she refused to write...

Etieqa holds a Degree in Bachelor of Multimedia (Hons) Media Innovation from MMU. Actually she wanted to attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry but didn't know how to get there... She loves High School Musical and is not afraid to admit it. She also believes in miracles that happen in Bollywood movies and wishes that everything is as colourful and as musical as in Hindi movies.

The Accounts Manager for ARIF is fascinated with life. Torn between being a doctor/vet or an accountant, she eventually found out she has fear of blood and the rest is history. Her perfect sandwich filling is a combination of mozzarella, grilled aubergine, mushroom and tomato, which she had eaten in Florence. A dreamer, she believes wholeheartedly that dreams can come true through opportunities, perseverance and faith.

An avid TV fanatic! She watches everything on TV and is addicted to box set DVDs. Loves alternative, rock and indie music. Shoes are without doubt her major weakness! Achieved an Electronics Engineering degree from Multimedia University but believes that her true passion lays in mass communication aka the media. So it's no question why she took up the challenge to be in charge of all the PR and Communication work in ARIF!

3 words that can be used to describe him: fun, energetic and outgoing. Loves a good time outside. Very much a sports oriented person who is mad about football. Believes in the concept that there is something new to learn everyday. He is an Events Executive that works on the Advertising & Promotions aspects of the FEI World Endurance Championship.
